You may quote brief excerpts of articles for non-commercial purposes with attribution and a link back to the original source on MyBreedPick. You may not reproduce entire articles, republish substantial portions, or use our content commercially without our express written permission.
3. User-submitted content
If you submit content (comments, messages, feedback) to the Site, you grant MyBreedPick a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that content in connection with the Site and our promotional activities.
You represent and warrant that any content you submit is your own original work, does not infringe the rights of any third party, and complies with our Comment Policy.
4. Third-party links and content

6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyBreedPick, its founders, editors, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your access to or use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyBreedPick, its founders, editors, contributors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
8. Modifications to the Site and Terms

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Affiliate Disclosure, Advertising Disclosure, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and MyBreedPick concerning your use of the Site.
